Hi, I'm a big fan on your videos, I wake up earlier everyday to listen to them and meditate in the morning. It has been included in my routine for more than a month and I can definitely tell the différence.

When having a episode of Trigeminal Neuralgia and Occipital Neuralgia, this meditation helps me a little bit, , thank you. I have a question, , Do you use green noise or Iconic beats in the background? Because the more I listen I notice I hear something else besides the rain sounds.
