Mindful Moment: Mindfulness and Our Thoughts

Being mindful means being aware of your thoughts, emotions, and how you're feeling both physically and mentally. ... It means being aware of your thoughts and feelings without judgment. Remember there is no “right” or “wrong” way to think or feel in any moment. During this segment students will practice mindful acknowledgement of thoughts without judgment.
