Visual CUT: Bulk Load of Excel/CSV data to SQL Server

Demo of bulk loading Excel (or CSV) data to SQL Server using Visual CUT. The process can replace, append, or update (upsert) data in a target database table. It can also remap column names, skip some columns, and add additional columns on the fly.
