If you watch my previous videos. You will find out that I had a bad cough for a while. My husband told me that I had post nasal drip. So I started to use a Neti Pot. Mom on the move. Upon further investigation I discovered whenever I eat cheese I have a hard time breathing and it's because of the mucus that builds up because of the dairy that's in the cheese.
