Hi, could you please tell, how steps calculation works? When I start walking, i see the steps counts are getting updated for every 10mins or for around 1000 steps once, I don’t see, as we walk, it is also updating the count. Sometimes, even though i have walked around 500 steps, it doesn’t get added.

when I did not wear my watch yesterday I entered my walk manually in Health so I would have the correct steps, but in the Apple Fitness app it did not sync so it was low. can you help me understand why and how to correct this?
