Does apple health merge all data if you have multiple tracking devices? For instance, steps tracked from Apple Watch and steps tracked from like Whoop etc?

I had surgery and could only walk for exercise. The vo2 max started steadily going up. Once I was able do cardio again my vo2 max started coming back down. I’m now trying to find the balance of how much cardio I can do and still improve my vo2 max.

We need a specific Apple Watch/iPhone settings video. I bit out of the norm but you rock always-on-display off because you don’t really use it+battery. I wonder what other settings you use and why.

Wearing Whoop and oura (and so many other devices) at the same time. How do you optimize the data input in apple health? Do you just turn on all for each device?
For example after a workout do you have double or triple amounts of active energy results?

Hi! My workouts widget on the Health App layout has changed to bars instead of the normal circular view on monthly view. Now it’s just a bar chart FFS

Apple health is calculating steps when we are using 2 wheeler / car also . So sometimes steps are not accurate
