ACV has a lot of benefits according to the experts. 💁‍♀️

From my experience I didn’t notice any changes. Maybe 5 days isn’t enough? or more internal changes than external?

✨ Digestion: I drink it once a day before lunch or dinner. It lessen my cravings for some days. (which is good!) How about my 💩🚽? I didn’t notice anything because I have regular bowel movement already.

✨ Weight management: No changes at all. 🤷🏻‍♀️

✨ Body odour: I noticed a huge difference with my body smell! My body didn’t stink! No cap! Especially it’s getting warm these days, but I smell good!

✨ I noticed it changed my tastebuds especially drinking lemon water or coffee. 🥲

✨ They said it can help controlling your blood sugar? BUT ask your doctor! It’s better to be safe!

✨ Why I rinse my mouth after drinking? “Apple cider vinegar is acidic enough to weaken the enamel on your teeth. Weakened enamel increases your vulnerability to tooth decay and cavities, plus cause your teeth to be sensitive.”

For those who are thinking/saying that this is easy to drink, NOPE! It’s not easy for me!

I used the brand Nonna Pia's Apple Cider.

Do I recommend this? Nope! But you can give it a try if you’re not acidic. Maybe don’t do it everyday. Once or twice a week should be good to not cause any problems with your body.

I just tried it so you don’t have to! 😂💁‍♀️

Add cranberry juice and lemon or lime. Also, brush your teeth with enamel strengthening toothpaste and you wont worry about the acidic effects lol also, you will not notice any changes in a week only, come on girl lmao

I have been drinking acv daily (2 tbsp) for 6 months now. I add it to my daily tea, which is ginger, tumeric, cayenne and black pepper. It doesn't help to lose weight technically, it helps your body burn fat. I've lost 4 inches in my waist and it helps me with sugar/carb cravings and keeping my blood sugar stabilized. Now if I DONT add acv to my tea, it doesn't taste right 😂

The best way I found to take apple cider vinegar is, 2 tbsp or 1 ounce of vinegar in a 20 oz bottle of your favorite sugar-free Kool-Aid. It gives it a nice tart taste. I've been taking it this way for about 7 or 8 years. This lady is actually torturing herself drinking it in plain water. You can get the individual package of Kool-Aid most anywhere. Give it a try you'll actually enjoy the taste. 🤗 . By the way, make sure you get the apple cider vinegar with the MOTHER.

it’s not directly for weight loss. it helps assuage hunger when fasting, and it helps prevent crazy insulin spikes, since it’s acidic and works alongside already existing acids in your stomach break down foods and other things.

That being said, because it’s acidic, and because you’re tiny, you’ll wanna do 1 tbspn with a bit more water to further dilute, and then eat better foods and you’ll see benefits. Walk after those meals too.

acv alone won’t magically dissolve fat. it will however give your body the ability to take better advantage of the choices you make

Go from this 😖 to this 😃👍🏾 by doing this >>> Add 1 tablespoon of Braggs ACV in 8oz of warm or hot water, add organic lemon juice 🍋 (optional), add 1 and 1/2 tbsp of Wholesome Pure Allulose, add a little black pepper, stir well, and drink with metal or glass straw. Watch the pounds fall away.

Really important to not brush your teeth immediately after you drink the ACV as you’re essentially brushing the vinegar into your teeth. Best to wait at least an hour. and use an enamel strengthening toothpaste :)

Use less water, I put a tablespoon of acv in a shot glass and fill the rest with water and take it like a shot, its easier bc you have less to drink 😉 you’re welcome

Sparkling water makes a HUGE difference. I started with juice and couldn't stand the taste. I use clearly Canadian, but I'm sure any brand you like will be better than still water

It’s easier to take the table spoon as a shot rather then a long drawn out drink in my opinion, I do that

The way I do it is same amount of ACV I put of lemon or lime and ginger juice I also cut a straw that isn't too long enough to sip and easier 😊

1 tablespoon in 8 ounces of water will relieve heartburn and my daughter is pregnant. Every time she pizza shed horrible heartburn so she would eat or drink this before she ate or afterwards and it always helped.
