Mine is turned on but still tracks way less than my Fitbit and I always have both on me. My fit bit is at 2, 883 while my apple health is at 678

What is regular Health App refresh / update times for movements? Can I manually update or set refresh time? Os ot OK to use & sync on 2 phones?

Still steps are not counting on iphone 12

Very bad app...it does not update well...even after more than10, 000 steps on some days the MVP number is zero!!.. it's not consistent AND in any app there is a way to contact and let the people know it's not working well but this app even though recently they show that there will be an email address and a number to call it's not made easy for people to access....purposefully??!! Don't know
