I’m looking to increase the # of Folders from the Move to Folders drop-down. Then, a question #2: on where’s the shutoff switch . In M/S Outlook Mobile ( iPhone 13 ) in order “to stop” Deleting emails after 24 hours after they are received. 3: guess what : when I click on search the inbox for an email from “Conrad”. I type out Conrad. Then what do I do next. ?

While I'm interrupting ...

I want to merge ALL of my contacts that have been broken apart and given over to the e-mail account that they were created for. A long while ago, there was only ONE Contacts list that worked for all / multiple accounts. Now there are multiple Contacts lists each per account and ne're a one crosses over betwixt 'n' between accounts.

Is there a fix for this? Perhaps an Outlook Contacts "merge" function of some type to assemble all contacts into one Global Contacts list as it once upon a time was?

Before a very recent update, all of my signature blocks were available to my multiple e-mail accounts ~ personal, professional and business. But a very recent update tore apart all "Signatures" into individual e-mail accounts. The new system had NO signatures per account AND had at the bottom of the Signatures pull-down menu an option that shows all previously existing signatures pre-update.

I CANNOT insert any of these signatures from the last pull down menu option in any e-mails. When I try to "New" signatures copying the signatures I had configured per account, it stated that the signature already exists. When I create a new signature under a different name, it shows up as an e-mail signature for the e-mail account BUT it will not insert into any e-mails for that account. BUT the number of signatures in the last option pull down menu group is increasing with the numbers of re- created signatures per account and NONE of them insert into any e-mail communiques.

I have to manually copy 'n' paste the requisite signature per e-mail being transmitted ... time consuming, wasteful of labor, and Microsoft appears to be both unaware of this monstrous creation they've birthed and no solutions to the problem du jour ...

What I'd love to see in a future update is the restoration of the single Signatures grouping where all I have to do is setup the correct inserted signature to the correct e-mail account communique.

Perhaps this is a Learnit Training seminar in and of itself?

Sage words of wisdom are both solicited and gratefully appreciated ~ from any quarters and with sincere thanks!

Hi, the mail you are sent with delegated user, in what folder is stored? In "sent items" of the primary account or the "sent items" of the delegated account?

Thank you.. I picked up some great tips. Also, I hate that ADS interrupt your video in the middle of your demo. I know LearnIt makes money on these ads. It would be great to limit them so they play before the video starts or at the end. Some ads appeared between each section which was ok. But most of them popped up in the middle of your instruction.

What app are you using to give this presentation? I see the pointer/cursor is outputting in red and how you highlight items in "boxes" or "arrows" fairly easily vs clicking and picking.
