[Joe] this was beautiful. sometimes in order to go "further-faster" also means that one needs to recharge, regroup, refocus and reflect once in a while.

It's really true that we are too busy to enjoy life, we just let it go everything in our life ..we don't care about people in our life who wanna us and our love ....we are too busy to enjoy the real beauty of life.:-)
Is that true or not ?

I needed to see this. I'm a new mom (first time mom) to a 10 month old. My husband I and both work full time. It seems like the minute I get home from work it's GO GO GO even after I have been going hard at work all day long, need to feed baby, cook dinner, dishes, then tub time, then she needs to be in bed, after bed, it's cleaning up then bed, I need to take a step back and enjoy the time I have with my baby girl and the dishes can wait, the email replies can wait. I need to slow down.

Thanks Sean! I started tearing up watching this. Just like a lot of people, I am so overwhelmed. I need to take a moment to take care of myself and rest. This was a perfect reminder and meant so much.

Nice, short and to the point. I rest when i can but im always busy, luckily i live in the mountains so all i have to do is step outside and im in nature. Plus my garden is in full bloom so i have an abundance of vegetables now.

Awesome vid! I'm always telling my wife she needs to remember to take time for herself. I'm more of the laid back one in the relation ship but still can find my mind gets full of stuff and it can get loud. I can only imagine what it's like for people a little more high strung!

Great film - and an important message. Actually I am personally struggling with the issue. I am not able to rest anymore - I always have to perform and do something. Everything is so hectic. I want it my freedom back!

WOW! Very powerful statement Sean. You manage to sum up the negative plight of billions of humans in. In twenty three seconds (26% of the video) the condition in which most humans spend 74% of their life. The last sixty four seconds (74% of the video) is how we should be living our lives. Humans need to spend more time reconnecting with nature and discovering our inner connections through meditation. I believe your needs to get more exposure. I will do my part and share it. Keep up the good work but remember to SLOW DOWN! LOL.
