All have been there, this dreaded feeling like you don't wanna do anything after working out. The brain fog the feeling of just wanting to chill and not actually work.

Why does this happen? how to fix it?

Mo, for older guys 40+ the recovery takes longer. Should we adjust intensity or volume? Some videos I found say older lifters should keep intensity but drop volume (sets and reps). What do you suggest?
