✅ Sanitary pads
We’ve been using them since a very long time. Easy to wear and very comfortable.

Cons:
You can’t wear them on a thong.
You can’t wear them while swimming.
Not eco friendly

✅ Tampon
Pros:
Can be used with a thong.
Can be used while swimming.

Cons:
Not eco friendly.
Have to changed every 4 hrly

✅ Menstrual Cup
Pros:
Can be used for long hours (upto 12 hours)
Eco friendly

Cons:
You can’t have sex while wearing them.

✅Menstrual discs

Similar to a menstrual cup bot it has a rounded bottom so, you can even have sec while wearing it.

✅ Period panties

They can either be disposable or reusable. Disposable one can be worn upto 6-8 hours and the reusable one can be used till the time you feel wetness.
