Here's Why the 2022 Ford F-150 Diesel Makes Perfect Sense! [Car Feature]
The 2022 Ford F-150 Lariat 4x4 Diesel has now landed on Philippine shores, and it makes perfect sense. The Philippines has always loved diesel vehicles, and the presence of the 2022 Ford F150 diesel makes a lot of sense. In this Filipino car review, we take a showroom tour of the 2022 Ford F-150 Lariat Supercrew 4x4 Diesel to see what sort of goodies it has to offer. The Ford F-150 V6 turbodiesel is also competitively priced, since other full-sized trucks cost a lot more than this, plus they are gasoline powered. These are the Jeep Rubicon Gladiator, and the Dodge RAM Laramie. The 2022 Ford F150 Lariat Diesel is also a good alternative to other premium diesel vehicles, like the Hyundai Palisade, the Toyota LC300, and the Toyota Landcruiser Prado.

The Ford F150 is as big as a Ford Expedition, but has the added utility of a large truck bed. It also makes the Ford Ranger Raptor look tiny.

Haha I love how he said the truck is just for "Status". I like your honesty.

I just got my f150 lariat and i get about 7-8km/l on light traffic, about 5-6km/l medium and 3km. nvh is superb!

And just got from a tagaytay trip. I got 10km/l, considering the size and compared to its competitors it is the best truck for the buck.

In the States there is a saying that this truck will never spend a day at the construction site, instead it will be used to ferry kids to soccer practice.

Yung mga bumibili nito ay hindi pinoproblema ang mga fuel consumption at running cost. Kaya wag na kayong ma problema

That is a wow truck! Finally a diesel on their pick up f150. I hope their expedition suv will have a diesel version next model. Thanks Rey! A solid content.

Now I wish the Tundra, Titan and Silverado will be available in Philippines

Diesel ICE has lost its advantage. It's much more expensive nowadays (we're like the USA and Canada, pricewise) . But if you need high torque Diesel is still the way to go.

No space white color available for the Ph market ☹. Ford should have offered the F150 STX diesel here, way cheaper than the Lariat model.

Seats warmers are needed here in the Philippines... Baguio when it's raining and/or cold

It would be a great competition if toyota brings in their tundra and nissan bring their titan.

Sir Reygan, bka gusto nyo mag invest ng residential lot with natural warm/hot springs in calamba.
We also have lake residences in victoria laguna.
Both are installment.
Tnx ride safe.

This is not a typical ride for the Filipinos thinking that we only have congested roads, and in the highway, still narrow, sad! Anyway sir Reygan great review!

To those who can only afford the price of this f150, its fuel consumption and treat it as a "sunday-car", good luck! Don't expect that you can just replace the parts with Bendix brake pads, vic oil filters, Lazada and Shopee parts.

This variant of f150 will be discontinued per Ford US, how will that impact parts availability?

This diesel engine has been discontinued in the US. It lacks power for it's engine size compare to the 2.0L bi turbo on the ranger. Of course the 2.0L bi turbo is not powerful enough for an F150. My friend in Washington state just bought the new 3.5L gasoline powerboost Lariat. He says it seems to be very economical for the size. Diesel is dying quickly (says me who have two diesels)
