Lol I went on holiday last week. The ONE week I was praying I wouldn’t get it, I did. My mum said to try tampons but I just couldn’t, idk. So I wore a pad to swim in and then a clean one when I get out of the pool. As I’d jump from pool to pool, I only changed it for like lunch or I was not gonna get back in (or for ages) it worked out pretty well for me ❤

Another tip, there are such things as period bathing suits. Almost 90% of the time they are dark as well and you can only be in the water for about two hours ^^

I wear biker shorts over my swimsuit and I have period underwear with a pad on under my swimsuit they're usually all black this lasted me multiple waterparks so far 👍

So basically my friend and I were at our younger friends house and we were both on our periods but we wanted to go swimming so our Moms told us to wear like period underwear and then your swim suit over it and it wouldn’t be noticeable and it worked so well! (Hope this helps!)

There’s also period bathing suits, they are a little more on the expensive side for a betting suit but they work well, not my cup of tea but I’ve heard good things
