This video teaches how to float on your back and move in the water which are critical water safety skills. You will learn simple adjustments that you can make to find a calm, relaxing back float that works for you. Finally you will learn how to propel yourself through the water using chicken-bird-soldier!

SAFETY GUIDELINES FOR BEGINNERS
Swimming, like all athletic activities, is physically challenging and involves risks to participants that cannot be entirely eliminated. Please use these resources at your own risk and always follow these guidelines when learning to swim.
👉 Practise with a coach or experienced swimmer
👉 Practise in shallow, calm water
👉 Dress appropriately - water resistant swimwear and goggles
👉 When in doubt, get out. Only swim when feeling comfortable

What i love is 😍 the position to lying down in the water 💦 and the cHicken bird, soldier is the most relaxing part😁☺️☺️

I remember we jump in the middle of the pool and start do that till we reach the end of the pool. .
So happy of that!

at first i was thinking doin a backfloat is very difficult..but when splash teach me how to do it with proper body gesture, chicken,bird soldier moves..now its a kinda easy for me to do a backfloat..thank you splash..

back float is amazing if you feel tired, just doing the back float at so chicken bird soldier can help alot....really amazing
