Serious Driving Test Fault #2

Emerging out a junction is always in the TOP 10 reasons why a learner driver will fail their driving test.
In this example we approach a right bend with a junction on the left. As get closer to the junction we see a qualified driver approaching the junction to emerge. At this point you would expect the driver to check to their right and left and right and give way to me(the car on the main road) on their right). But the car did not stop, forcing me to brake to avoid driving into the side of their car.
If the silver car was on their driving test they would have failed the driving test because they did not do effective observation on the approach to the junction.

I remember my first ever driving instructor say at a crossroads always remember Rala (dyslexic Teletubby) Look Rigght, ahead, left, ahead then if clear you can go. I still do that to this day
