am i the only one that actually wants to learn korean because of the language? the language itself is so beautiful :')
UPDATE: I started taking actual korean classes!! and this channel helped me so much! I'm going to an academy to study korean, because of the language itself and because it's my dream to go to korea as an exchange student for a couple of months :) I'll update you guys when i finish this course, in june. and if you wanna study korean, i really encourage you to because it really is an amazing language. (also, i'm starting to understand kdramas without subtitles and honestly its the best feeling ever AHAHAHA)
ANOTHER UPDATE: I JUST FINISHED THE FIRST LEVEL AND AAAA I PASSED IT!!! thank you for all the likes and support!! <3
ANOTHER UPDATE LOL: I PASSED THE A1 LEVEL I'M SO PROUD OF MYSELF!! thank you all for the replies!!

UPDATE A YEAR LATER: first of all, i want to thank you all for all the supportive comments! i really appreciate it!!❤❤ i am doing very well, i'm actually taking a little break from korean right now because of school and exams, but i'm still watching videos and honestly kdramas help so much too!! :)) but as soon as i finish, i will get back into studying for sure and i'm also thinking about planning my trip to korea! i hope you all learn the language if you are interested in it, it's very beautiful :) and please don't give up on your dreams! (i know it sounds corny lol but seriously). it has been my dream for a long time to finally learn korean and go there someday, and i'm persuing it right now and won't stop until i actually go there. and honestly it has been amazing. all the experience and actually being able to learn and understand and speak with native koreans is such an amazing feeling where you feel like all your hard work and studying has paid off. it's worth it, trust me. i hope you all live a happy life, and i'll update when i go to korea hopefully :)

As a korean, this video has not only basic korean pronounciations but also how to spell in various situation. I'm so excited and shocked about how he explain the pronounciations. I was proud watching the video. I'm sorry about my bad english.

Hey, even if someone's motivation is something as simple as "because kpop", doesn't mean that that reasoning is bad or cringy. Learning something new is something great in of itself. <3

People are like “you really wanna learn Korean for your K-pop idols” like no I decided to learn Korean because I love the culture and how they speak, I think it’s nice. And also always wanted to learn a different language and I decided I wanted to learn Korean. Also because I wanted to watch kdrama without subtitles 😂❤

One day, I'll turn off subtitles for kdramas and unsubscribe to kpop lyric channels :')

**EDIT: yes i did it i asked my parents to enroll me in a korean class and it has been almost a year now and id say i'm really good at it! i mostly watch and listen to korean entertainment without subtitles now though i turn it on sometimes when i don't understand what was said, i still have a lot to learn yet. what i want to say to all korean learning people is to never give up!! i know the journey is very long and hard but you must not quit now or ever i promise you will get there like i did. 할 수 있어요 <3

Why I want to learn Korean -

•1 - it sounds very pretty, I like the way Koreans speak.

•2 - it’s interesting, I’m from Russia, and I think 한글 (Hangul) is maybe easier then Cyrillic alphabet

•3 - to understand K-dramas without subtitles

•4 - to understand my Korean friends because they sometimes talk in Korean

•5 - really... to understand K-pop lyrics

My mother was Korean, but after coming to the US when I was four, she stopped talking to us in Korean, she wanted us to be accepted as American, (our father was American) So I forgot Korean, and now here I am in my 50s trying to learn it again. Your videos have been the most helpful for me to learn from, very concise, easy and step by step, which I appreciate more than you know. Thank you for your videos!
