For those on the new update that don’t have “quit” option turn the tv off and then disconnect from power for 10-20 seconds. This will hard reset and then the apps should work again when opening. Worked for me

This doesn’t work as of June 2024. The latest LG updates have changed the ‘three dot’ options menu. Quit app is no longer an available option.

Neither of these things work. The ellipsis button menu doesn't show a quit option, and the return button doesn't do anything

When I click on the remote button with the three dots nothing opens

I tried it over and over. No apps are working anymore. I was just watching Disney + and it did not longer respond to the remote, the only thing I can see is the cursor but I can't click anything, tried everything...

Edit: I fixed it by unplugging the tv and pressing the button below it for 30 seconds. Pfff

Thanks.
I don't have the button with the 3 dots, and Amazon Prime Video keeps freezing on open.

When I hold the Back button it just switches to a different source. Any ideas?
