This is the hardest part of rowing for me. What I'm supposed to be doing with my arms. It feels like I'm always pulling even when I'm trying SO hard not to.

If they would just watch your introduction to rowing videos and it would be very clear what the new rower has to do. Certainly helped me.

You can also do Cardio rowing for a strong back as well, less pushing with the legs and more pulling with the back and arms
