My orthopedic dr told me I am too far gone for knee replacement. I went 10 months without any cortisone shots and finally got sooo bad I went in yesterday for cortisone. When i got home, my Huge monthly Amazon subscription order was at my door. I had to bring it all in by myself. I was told to rest and ice when I got home, but it didn't work out. I had to carry it in. Took me 2 hours, as the pain was breathtaking. Then i iced both knees. Today I felt better. I looked on YouTube for bone on bone knee pain and found these exercises. There's no way to get on floor. But I'm doing the towel and spoon exercises. I couldn't get up to get a spoon but I had a reticulated metal back scratcher, and I used it on my ankles. That helped the scrunching noise a lot. I am going to continue with massage to bring blood to my joints. I take hyaluronic acid orally. I was going to get hyaluronic shots as suggested by my podiatrist, but my orthopedic dr said I was too far gone for that also. I don't know why he didn't suggest exercises to improve my knees and ankles. It looked like I had been subscribed to your channel already. I have neuropathy and maybe that is why I came to see your videos. Thank you, I appreciate your help.

Doctor Rowe, thank you for these videos. I am 69yrs old and I have bone on bone knee pain in both knees and trouble with sciatica pain. your videos have helped me considerably. I would come to your office for help but I live in Bakersfield, CA. Thanks again for your instruction. I am under the care of Dr. Fadi S. Saied, D.O. and Landon Todd, PA-C at Southern California Orthopedic Institute/UCLA. O need knee joint replacement for both knees but my BMI is too high. I go to them for knee injections every 3 months.

Omg! This helps so much! Damaged my knees w a hard fall on concrete, dr said I damaged the cartilage. One knee done after a year( bad arthritis), other needs surgery, but new Dr keeps saying it’s not time :((, so this helps so much, thank you!!!❤️ I’ve asked what exercises to help, but you e been the only help and sound advice that works!!
