They still have billions of dollars of debt from borrowing much of the 70 billion dollars to buy Twentieth Century Fox. They spent all that and only got the old films and I.P.s.. Nothing of the physical studio and land that they only have a few more years to rent.the sound stages. Then Murdoch can build Century City III and probably buy back all the films at a very low price. Their "plans" for all the new attractions are generally awful. But then, all the great Imagineers either retired or went to work for Universal. Oh, and Kathleen Kennedy will still be around to lose billions more making movies. Don't be surprised of Disney Corporation has a fire sale of most of it's assets just before it goes down the drain.
