INGREDIENTS:
1 slice of bread
1 clove of garlic
2 eggs
3 mushrooms
Half an avocado
Chives
Oil
Salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
• Chop the chives, avocado and mushrooms
• In a frying pan with oil, fry the garlic clove and toast the slice of bread
• In that same pan, fry the chives and mushrooms
• Add the beaten eggs and stir until scrambled
• Put the bread on a plate, and spread the mustard vinaigrette, add the avocado with a little olive oil, the eggs and the chopped chives as decoration
• Accompany the dish with a little mayonnaise.
