How to make the perfect avocado toast with scrambled egg

Avocado mix:
So first, we're gonna start off by making the avocado mix for the toast. Just cut it in half as you see I'm doing here, and take it out with a spoon. So we are gonna mash the avocado with a potato masher, but it's going to be easier to mash if we cut it beforehand.
So, just make very rough cuts and dices. The next step is to take a lime, cut it in half, and squeeze the juice into our avocado mix. Add salt, pepper, and red chili flakes, and mix everything together. So, we are going to add basil, parsley, and cilantro to the mix. As for the basil, you just want to stack the leaves on top of each other, roll them up, and slice them. So similarly to the basil, you're going to take the parsley and cilantro, bunch them up, and just slice across. Add to your mix, and mix everything together. Next we're going to add a jalapeno. Just cut the edges of the pepper off, slice them into matchsticks, and cut them across to make a very fine dice. Once again, add back to the mix. Next we're going to dice up our tomato. So first you're gonna take the core of the tomato out, as you see I'm doing here; and we're just going to dice the tomato up similarly to how you would dice an onion. So just make one cut through the center, turn it, cut it, turn it, cut it again. Same procedure for the red onion. Just makes slices along the top, cut it through the center, and then just slice it to make fine dices. Add everything into the mix, and mix it together. Grate in some garlic to finish it off.

Bread:
As for the bread portion of this, just take one thick slice of any of your favorite bread, and just toast it on a pan with some butter.

Scrambled Eggs:
The final step is going to be our scrambled eggs. You're going to crack 4 eggs into a pot and add 3 tablespoons of butter. Then, you're going to mix it frequently, on and off the heat until a nice scrambled egg forms. Optionally you can finish it off with some sour cream, but not optionally, add salt and pepper to taste.

Assembly:
To assemble, place down your toasted slice of bread, followed by your avocado mix, and then your scrambled eggs. Optionally, add some paprika and pepper on top, and you are done.

I watched through your whole video to learn how to make your avocado toast and was really surprised to see that you don’t have a lot more subscribers. The video editing looked professional to me.
