I added 1 tbsp of chicken bouillon, took away the salt completely, added soybeans, yellow/red bell pepper and substituted the greens for buk choy....my coworkers went nuts. Its amazing👌🏽

If you like your soup spicy, you can always add Tabasco or Siracha. both have NO calories. Just a little bit of sodium!

I’d personally add in chopped tofu and a can of chick peas for a balanced meal that’s satiating. This looks delicious but there is a severe lack of protein.
