No food is going to dissolve your fat....At a maximum effort, you can just eat less calorie food in a high quantity instead of 500+ calorie gaining foods(per meal)...All these soup recipes are good for weight loss only if you stop your regular food intake and start eating this . Because these foods are very low in calories and also you will feel full..

Though you have all those less calorie food, A remarkable thing is that you should do some cardio exercises along with your WL diet.. That will help you to reduce your weight gradually according to your body's requirement....

As a fitness person i recommend a 1 week diet plan for seeing visible changes in your body..

Breakfast - VEG Soup as mentioned above (without any flour and soya Sauce)
Lunch - Less amount of carbohydrates (rice or in any form) and more amount of vegetables or anything which is high in quantity and less in calories ...It is good if you add a 100g of chicken breast.( boiled ..not fried)
Say 70g-90g of rice 🍚 and 250g of vegetables..

Dinner - Same as what i said above . Moderate in quantity and again less in calories ..
Say 3 chapati ...

Your daily limit is 2000 calorie.. the diet plan i mentioned above will be Ike around 1200-1500 ..so you have 500 more calories to eat other foods....Now,

Go to Google and search the calories amount in the food whatever you are going to eat...like "calories in groundnut or calories in chicken"... So you'll get the nutritional value....So like that you can meet the caloric value to 2000.... Don't exceed 2000 kCal per day at any cost....

Now let me tell a genral tip ..

In sweet items the calories are very high .. So avoid eating them..
It's like, eating 1 laddu is equivalent to eating 1 bowl full of rice with half chicken Because 1 laddu has 500 kcal (approx.) And 1 bowl of rice with chicken also contains 500kcal..

So our ultimate aim is to eat more quantity..but less calories..


Now i am coming to the next part.. It is excercise..

Do simple cardio exercises.. Either you can walk, skipping or do exercise...keep a goal to burn 350-450 kcal per day...So you eat 2000 calories and burn 400 calories...Which is really good..


Exercise..
Do skipping for 30mins
(Or)
Walk atleast for 30 mins daily
(Or)
Cycling for 30 mins - 1 hour (either in real cycle or threadmill or machine.. anything is fine...)
(Or)
Search "HIIT exercises" in Google and start doing it...


And finally..
1.Pregnent and lactating women please don't follow these things ..
2.If you follow those diet plan and exercise as I said, In just 1 week you will see visible changes in your body... (Minimum you'll reduce 3kg).
3.And a main thing is, never eat eat hotel foods and bakery food....if you are going to follow this diet plan for 1 month, You can eat bakery and hotel food just once a week... Because bakery cooked foods are high in calories..
3.strictly say no to tea or coffe with sugar. you can drink those without sugar daily once...if you want to drink one cup of tea or coffe with sugar, you should skip any of you meal if needed....Because 1 cup of tea has nearly 500kcal( depends upon the sugar quantity)... So better avoid tea...


Edit: Tea is good to have with sugar too..
