Love my Como 4.0. Disappointed by the lack of basic information regarding the display. Come on guys!...
I just want to be able to reset my trip odometer. My bike shop, who is great, and the Specialized rep who happened to be there when I stopped in couldn't provide the solution. Your rep lead me to this YouTube site. The answer I found is "Standby". Can't be that hard!

ANT+ HRM from my Garmin Edge 1000 pairs with the TCD, I did it today after seeing something on the Spec website TCD page saying so. Here is a cut and paste from that page. See Line 3.

Monochrome LCD display.

A good video though, thanks for the explanation about the TCD update feature not being available as I had been trying to make it work. I think the comment about needing a Bluetooth LE HRM is relevant to the Mission Control app if you are wanting to use Smart Control to keep your heart in a certain zone.

Today I was able to update the display using Mission Control. There is a video on how to do it. If you have a Covid app on your phone with bluetooth tracking it seems to cause a problem and the update failed for me until I deleted the app. That was in New Zealand anyway. It worked first time after deleting the app.

I am not able to reset the trip data following the instruction sheet. How is it done?

Why aren't the devices marked as either SpeedZone 2 or tcd? We don't always keep the box so don't know which unit we have.

SpeedZone 2 is very finicky, so frustrating that a very quick hold of the left button reset all data, when I'm really just trying to go into the menus. I see others are looking for videos on it as well

Your video says the update function was not working a year ago when the video was filmed. I just bought a TCD and am still not able to update it. Seems like I should be able to do that by now, right?

Mine is doing nothing. The TC D display is al squiggly. I'm done with this. I can look at the top tube and know how much juice I have left before recharging. Enough!

Just put a new battery in, and it keeps flashing 12 or 24 for the hours, when I press each button at the same time, nothing happens. Help? This is only my 2nd season with this and it was stored inside during the winter.

i tried many times to BT-pair the TDC with my SUUNTO heart monitor ( Chest belt ) but the pairing failed every time. booth devices are recent purchases.
update on TDC also not working, but that is probably normal if it is still not activated.
My bike is a Kenevo, and I use 'mission control' app.
The monitor is able to pair with the app. It would be useful for me to have the HR function working, that would save my phone from imminent destruction!

I have a Turbo Creo SL...I pay for it uss8000...the Bike is amazing but that’s the best display Specialized could do??? An old Casio from 80’s???? 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
