Cream of rice is not sold in Australia, I have never seen graduated rice in the shops. Thanks for the video 🤘🎸💪

Thanks for advice ! If not using a scale to measure does a measuring cup work too ? I was wondering if it’s same way you measure cooked rice in a measure cup ?

I first tried this because the stuff I found at the grocery store had an iron supplement in it that gave me like HALF my daily iron in one serving. Then I got hooked on it cause it's effing delicious and the texture is so satisfying lol. But I can't find it anywhere now.

I make my own with brown rice. So easy and so delicious. Saw your before and after pics and it gives me hope and inspiration for myself to get back to where I was before injuries and surgery.

I make them at home.. but i do it the Long and time consuming way haha... I submerged it in water for 3 to 5 hrs... Then the rice grains will turn all white.. they are very fragile in this state you can just smash it with your fingers... Then i just air dry the amount or rice i submerged in water .. until they are dry... It takes alot of time so yeaa ... Unless u have the patience.. then after they dry up! I blend them... They wont be as granulated as rice and blend go method... But they're as near as Rice flour consistency! We dont have cream of rice here in South East Asia.. so yea .... This method is very similar with the sticky rice deserts we have.. in making the sticky rice flour... From scratch. He he

I have never prepared cream of rice before (orange box or otherwise). Making it yourself makes a lot of sense. How long do you zap it in the microwave for?
