A decade of baking bigger and bolder with home bakers like you!

I’ve been fortunate to share my bold baking style with millions of fans on television and online: Netflix’s “Nailed It!”, Food Network’s “Best Baker in America”, "Baker's Dozen" on Hulu, and segments produced for "The Today Show".

This channel, my website, and my two cookbooks all build on my career as a professional chef, which has seen me work in every kind of baking setting you can imagine – from a rundown Tuscan villa, to an Irish priory, to a Michelin-starred restaurant. I’ve had to become creative, imaginative, and bold…and that’s what I want to bring to every one of my “Bold Bakers"!

Ooh. I had no clue this is cream cheese. All my life I've seen my mamma do this and we call it paneer in my country ❤️ thankyou Gemma. I love your channel.

This turned out fabulous, i added olive oil, mixed Italian herbs, sea salt and chilli flakes & small bits of sundried tomato - absolute heaven on toast 😊👍

I love how considerate her Chanel is. She always thinks of people who are watching her all around the world that do can not find the ingredients. These other YouTube chefs should take a page from her book.

I just made your red velvet cake and realized cream cheese is very expensive back here at home. So I have had to use your cream cheese recipe and I’m so happy! Thank you!

I tried and it turned out so good. It is so nice of you to consider people from other countries. Cream cheese is available but it's so expensive.

I tried this recipe.
Works like magic.
I used this recipe for her no bake oreo cheesecake and I could not tell the difference.
I would recommend this recipe to anyone who has their doubts on trying this recipe.

Soooo good. My little man and I enjoyed making the cream cheese and with the whey I made a smoothie for him as it was surprisingly sweet and you couldn’t tell that it included lemon juice. Even thought we can buy a great variety of cream cheese here in Germany we will go on making our own. Many thank for the recipe and your great instructions as always. Hope you and the little unborn are doing great. All the best for the birth and enjoy the time with your newborn, this is such a mariculture time.

Thank you so much for this recipe! While cream cheese has always been readily available here (I’m in the U.S.) it has been as scarce as hens teeth since last November. You’re the best!!😊❤️

Thank you so much for the recipe!
I used 3 cups regular milk and then half a cup of sweetened condensed (doubled fat) milk. It worked really well, especially since I wanted to use it in a cheesecake!
Thank you Gemma!
Hope you are doing well and staying safe
