Whats up guys! By popular demand I've created another follow along boxing heavy bag workout video. This workout is a total of 12 rounds and is broken down like this:
2 Rounds of shadow boxing warm up
9 Rounds of heavy bag work
1 Round of shadowboxing cool down

The great thing about this workout is that it is only minutes long but it'll get your muscles burning and your heart pumping! You can always modify this workout to your needs. For example, if you find it too easy ,then you can INCREASE the intensity and/or DURATION of the rounds. If it is too difficult, then you can INCREASE the REST time. Other ways to make this more challenging is by using heavier gloves and shadowboxing with weights (under 5lbs) on.

1: Shadowbox - Head Movement Focused
2: Shadowbox - Foot Work Focused
3: Heavy bag - Easy Light Punches
4: Heavy Bag - Left Hooks Only
5: Heavy Bag - Right Hooks Only
6: Heavy Bag - 4 Punch Combos
7: Heavy Bag - Jabs Only
8: Heavy Bag - Crosses Only
9: Heavy Bag - 4 Short Hooks
10: Heavy Bag - 1-2 on "GO"
11: Heavy Bag - Non-Stop Punches
12: Shadowbox - Freestyle

I have a lot of trainers on my on my boxing watch list some of them are olympic medalists but some how I keep coming back to ur tutorials and making progress even more, And I think the reason why is u communicate the best to me. I'm waiting for the next follow along keep digging bro.
