Studying STEM - BSc (Hons) Medical Science and Clinical Practice

The Bachelors Degree (with honours) in Medical Science and Clinical Practice is an entry route for students who wish to study towards a career in Medicine or other healthcare practice. The degree course will provide skills to assist in this development towards a reflective healthcare practitioner by improving the individuals knowledge of clinical skills, disease processes and the underpinning of areas such as pathology, anatomy, physiology and evidence based medicine.
The degree also has a strong focus on career and practical based learning in which placements are the pathways to furthering work-based knowledge ready for an individuals continuation into the healthcare sector with on the job learning, ready for the world of work.
