I got it! 😊 I was trying restarting many times from gaming mode and didn't help at all, but it start working while I restarted Steamdeck from Desktop mode. First good question is - why? Second good question is why valve don't do some update to fix this problem?

This has been a problem on steam for about ten years now, can't believe they still have not fixed this issue!! Anyhow here is a go around with a fix to get around the problem not fix it but get around it... 1 while the game is running but not launching go to task manger find the game exe end the process, once that is done the game should have stopped running, 2 once that is done then go to the verifying files tab, let that run to completion and then the game should run. However this is not a fix, its a go around. You will have to do this every time you want to play the game.

Here’s the first step every video like this should start with. Make sure your hdmi or whatever your monitor is using is plugged into the video card and not the motherboard. I have done absolutely everything, but regardless, my game still doesn't launch. What happens though is I click play and in the top left corner of my screen a very tiny window border opens, and when I click it, it basically just closes the window in which the game should've started. I'm at a complete loss, I tried everything, and unfortunately, it's only for 1 game.
