Your amazing . I’ve had an ap job previously but it was very repetitive and wanted to know what I needed to do fit “what if” scenarios.

Around the 55 minute mark, when you are voiding the check...why are you crediting expense to balance the debit to cash? Unless I missed something, shouldn't the credit be to accounts payable to reflect the check that must be re-written? Then when the check is written, the receivable goes away and cash is credited the $1200 again?
