Thank you so much for this. I have a client who gets large deposits from her clients for an event & pays the associated vendors for that event at different times of the year. Maybe even the next year. This is really confusing for her & she does not want to spend money because she doesn't know how much she actually has to spend. In total, she doesn't know how much she owes her vendors. I am going to recommend for her to integrate her vendor info into QBO so we will be able to use accounts payable. I am thinking that I can subtract the accounts payable total from her net income & the sum will be the amount of money she is able to spend on other things besides what she owes to her vendors. Thoughts?

What is the final cost of your teaching QB, not the free little stuff you give away but the class, I can't find the information without going through the other stuff? Are they videos and can they be downloaded, I hate spending money on streaming?

I found the answer, 1, 300 a year, no thanks, my college course didn't cost that. Thank you, but not in today's economy.
