let's face it, i'm a product designer myself. it seems so hard to become an expert because there's a lot of hocus pocus around it. the UX topic is inflated and thus it seems overly complicated. is it something bad? maybe... on the other hand, it keeps salaries high and sells books. in the UX field, rationality, people skills and an affinity for technology will get you surprisingly far. let the people and clients believe it is tough. it pays off, doesn't it?
