I'm 70+, disabled after 45 years of a painful disease. I recently had an Intrathecal Pain Pump(s) implanted and have had a Spinal Cord Stimulator previously Implanted. I swim everyday and use bands. I am still more active than peeps 20 years younger, Your videos have been a a important adjunct to my care. Soooo many thanks!

Thanks for this demonstration. I'm an unfit female senior who just started excercising with resistance bands six weeks ago. I was looking for something to tone my triceps and didn't seem possible while sitting in a chair.

The truth is, resistance bands can actually be better for isolation training if... you know how to use them properly.
Further more they are much easier on your joints.

Maybe good for beginners. I dunno. I mean I am fairly out of shape after five years of being sedentary after a back injury and just got back into resistance training but this was way too easy. Perhaps this was targeted towards senior citizens, I don't know.
