I drink sparkling water because I like the bubbles, I dropped drinking soda years ago. Best decision I've made.

Drink water, get a bottle and refill it. That is about as functional as it gets.

What annoys me is that kombucha costs cents to make, but a liter of it costs $9.

Shout out to water, without you and sugar and yeast. I won't have alcohol

Wow, this was so functionally vague. I learned nothing other than drink water and stop drinking sugary drinks.

Just told the story of how Red Bull was stolen from Thailand 😂

Correction: RedBull is just a rebrand of Krating Daeng which was the supplement from thailand. They just change the name and taste to suit the western market.

It's simple, if it's not plain water, it's doing something to your body other than hydrating. Some of these health drinks would be "better" than reaching for a coke or can of beer so you would be making a healthier choice.

I guess it comes down to how the drink makes you feel.... Like psychotherapists always ask: "And how does that make you feel?" over and over again.

I really doubt about how healthy these drinks are! In most cases there is still a massive amount of sugar in it🤔

It's water, tea, and fruit juice for me.

Great overview on the functional drinks market! It's essential for consumers to demand transparency and scientific backing for health claims to ensure that these products deliver real benefits. 🥤

I like the "sparkle" effect on the teeth of the Red Bull inventor. Love the added effect. 😉

These drinks are just another opportunity to make money. They are still fizzy drinks, and they have sugar, and they have no specification on how they improve your health.

Kombucha has been around in Japan for a very very long time. It’s nothing new.

I always love the comments "This product is not approved by the FDA." That is when you know it is something good lol Shoutout to SPIKE energy!

1:26 Yakult and calpis were functional drink as industry decades before redbull in the 1980s. They started in 1930s and 1910s respectively
