Factory Reset is GREYED OUT on Samsung Smart TV? Easy Fix!

If your Samsung Smart TV has menu option factory reset greyed out or not selectable in the settings its an easy fix. Hope this helps.

Had this issue today. Worked like a charm. I am however still having an issue with the tv dropping the wireless internet and needs to be reset to resolve it.

Thanks, this just helped. Exit helped for Language change greyed out. Thank God I did not pay attention to the other videos that said go ahead and reset the TV to get language to stop being greyed out
