I have finally found a creative cook similar to the way I think in the kitchen. I very much appreciate you applying your personality to what you are making. As well as thinking outside the box of the standard ways of making foods.

For I have even made a white chocolate crème brûlée, with the sugar crystallized as it normally should be, with a fresh lemon gelatins paste on top of it, then added a fresh meringue on top of that.
