Try this foolproof method for adjusting white balance...!

Adjusting the white balance is hard, and I think it's the most challenging part of the photo editing process for beginners. When the white balance is off, the whole image doesn't look right. If you aim to create realistic-looking landscape photos, setting the proper white balance is the very first step.

Too many photographers get caught up looking at the bold colors in the clouds or sunlight when adjusting their white balance, which skews the whole image to be too warm. Instead, focus on the shadows or another place in the image that should be neutral in tone. I like to zoom in on this spot when adjusting the white balance, which has helped dial in the most neutral and realistic-looking white balance.

Remember that how you edit your images is totally up to you, and your idea of "realistic" or "neutral" may be different than someone else. This is just my opinion and how I do things, but it is no more accurate or important than any other opinion you could find online!

I'm a noob, why do I prefer the before picture?

The before looks more alive, less perfect - which proves again that photography is not about perfection, its an art.
