Just a heads up for anybody else trying to do this, make sure your headlights are turned to the off position, especially if you have automatic headlights. I was having issues with it excepting the reset the first couple of tries while the headlights were illuminated. Once I did that, it worked like a charm.

Wow that beats breaking out the Forscan any day. I couldn’t find the option on Forscan with the F350 or monitor battery age unlike the F150. I figured it just didn’t exist. Thanks!

Dual batteries in the super duty diesel or gas don’t seem to last as long as a single battery gas setup. I have a 6.2 gas dual batteries and they spit out acid and failed. Replaced under warranty but the corrosion cleanup was not included. I paid but still got back rusty brackets and hold downs. Finished the job myself.

I have a 2021 F150 5.0 and In the mornings some days my dome light wont come on and the dash dings (sounds) are different along with reverse and seat belt. After I drive it and turn it off then get back in the sounds are back to normal. I am thinking this might be a battery thing, a BMS or because of the removal of the auto air dam I did awhile back (I can see messages about the dam when I check forscan but no codes) I am not sure what could cause the issues, do you think its a battery? BMS? I have put a meter on it and the battery is good. This issue has been happening intermittently over the last 1.5 months.

2018 F150 3.5 Powerstroke this manual battery set worked. Blue driver could not do the reset, not an option.

Hopefully this works I had the battery light come on in my 2016 F150 just shut off brand at the light. new battery. Did it again hopefully this BMS reset will help. 2.7 eco-boost 2016.
