How To Make The Best CheeseCake

Recipe for this Cheesecake:
(Makes one 10” thick Cheesecake , use a well greased and parchment paper lined pan) :
Lemon zest (optional)
750 Grams of Low fat spreadable cheese(or you could use sour cream)
250 grams of Cream cheese
6 Eggs (separated)
2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup of sugar (1/2 a cup for the meringue and ½ a cup for the cheese mixture)
60 grams of corn starch
50 grams of all purpose flour
160 ml of whole fat milk
50 grams of butter (melted)
