Nicole thank you for literally saving my life! I am a former bodybuilder and developed body dysmorphia and a terrible relationship with food. I would do intense workouts twice daily, completely ruining my hormones. I came across your videos and decided to give them a go and they changed everything. I have developed a healthier relationship with exercise and my body which has progressed into a healthier relationship with food. I’ve been doing Nicole’s pilates workouts for less than a month and I’m already obsessed. I love these quick focused on one area workouts! I walked for 10 minutes stopped at the gym in my neighborhood, did this leg workout. Walked 10 minutes back home then stretched. Perfect quick 30-35 minute workout to start my morning ☀️

Dear Nicole, thank you so much for another video! This is just what I needed in addition to your 30 &40 mins pilates workouts. I haven't stopped doing your videos ever since I clicked on the first one! It has been a month now that I've been doing pilates with you every single day and I am already seeing results. My favourite is your 40 mins full body pilates, it is such a perfectly designed workout (heart emoji).
