How about the use of positive and negative word choice in multiple choice that would skew results?

So glad I stumbled upon this, this am. Thank you for the video. If I might inquire as to the books that are visually referenced in the video? Might there be a list of recommended reading materials...maybe a "top 5" of "Must read" on the subject of designing survey questions for analysis? I'm a computational social sci analyst, and while I understand the bias effects of poorly chosen phrasing...leading or priming et al, I'd really like to specialize in the development of opinion polling to go with the cluster analytics and topic modeling I currently employ. Thoughts? And thank you again for the video that piqued my interest here...I look forward to checking out the remainder of this series!

_LoL really? We wouldn’t need this 101 if teachers and parents would and could teach their children to comprehend what they’re reading and understanding of the real world. Not some crap on their phone or tablet. Maybe this what happens when you dumb them down to the point of being told what to think, say and understand. What’s sad, this was targeted at adults. Hmmm! How many of these adults would understand my statement and point?_
