For me it’s because I always have room for another sweet treat because my taste buds need a break from what I was eating….and maybe I still won’t come back to it after that break because I only have room for a sweet treat. 😅

This phenomenon is called "dessert stomach ". Basically you're still full but the sugar in desserts can make the body release hormones called ghrelin. These hormones regulate appetite. So when you feel full, and suddenly take a look at the desserts you're "hungry" again. It's the craving of the sugar that makes you "hungry" again/ make room for more.

I’m considering that there are two different stomachs one for sweets and one for savoury and when on is full the other never is so Jess is an idol for this ❤❤❤😂😂😂
