Australia's most famous Chocolate Chip Cookie - Byron Bay copycat!!

This is a copycat of Byron Bay Milk Choc Chunk Cookies which is Australia's most famous Chocolate Chip Cookie. They big, crunchy, buttery and studded with chunks of chocolate. At $3.50 for a single biscuit, they aren't cheap - so save a ton by making them yourself!

BONUS: They stay 100% crunchy for 2 whole weeks! (Possibly longer - I caved).

This recipe yields 12 cookies but if i wanna make it smaller (so it yields 24ish) is it possible? Will it require any extra steps or more/less baking time?

Yeah I find byron cookies overrated myself, fairly dry and too crispy for my liking. I'm a chewy cookie girl myself.
