The only reason I am considering not returning the 16PM and keeping the upgrade from the 14PM to the 16PM, is due to trade in value. Next year, our phones will depreciation another $100-150. The 14PM would be 3 gens behind, which is equivalent to the currently the 13PM. The 13ON value trade in is $400 compared to $500 for the 14PM currently. Who knows if apple will change up their trade pricing again (like when they no longer took into consideration phone storage due to people being dumb and not knowing their own storage, so they just made it a flat rate), and create a bigger valuation difference since now 2 gens of their phones have apple AI, thus the older ones aren't "as recycle friendly".

I bought a 16 Pro because I really wanted USB-C. My 14 Pro was literally my only device using the lightning cord

I upgraded from 14 pro, battery seems to be better, with a case as well it's basically just all screen, aslo feels a bit smoother.

I just got my hands on my 16 pro from my 14 pro yesterday, I’m jumping ship now for two major reasons, AI, and usb-C everything else is really just a plus

14 pro 2 years older and I can hardly tell the difference besides the bezels which aren’t even that bad on the 14 pro. Not really worth the upgrade unless you have an older iPhone imo

Have the 14 Pro Max. Upgraded from iPhone 8. This thing is still an absolute beast. Don’t see a reason to upgrade yet. Maybe the iPhone 17 will sway me. For now, still loving this phone. Plus I love the deep purple stainless steel 🥶 feels so premium lol.

5x isn’t always good because longer focal length = less light, higher noise, too far. I use 2-3x more than 5x

I’m trying to decide whether to get a 13 pro or a 14 pro (I’m currently using a 12 pro and its pretty old now)
Imo the 14 15 and 16 all look the same but I 100% prefer stainless steel to titanium

I just upgraded to the 16 pro. my 14 pro was good but the battery was just sucking. I want the AI stuff too. keeping that phone is essentially being ok with being limited going forward. So listen to this guy if you want to be stuck for the next year. But take it from me -the battery is WAY better. .The camera DRAMATICALLY better but there is a noticeable improvement in my eyes. And the size of the phone, and the bezels -it just feels so much nicer and looks way more current. I will say this -you will be turning off that stupid camera button day one. i've hit that thing so many times by accident.

Watching on my iphone 14 pro black, the black on iphone 14 pro is the best black color than the latest iphone 15 or 16 pro black titanium for me. Hope iphone 17 has major design changes

Only thing that sucks on the 14 pro is the lack of usb c and the battery. Aside from that it’s all I need in an iPhone and not gonna upgrade until it’s not supported with software
