Added this onto one of your walking workouts, thanks Jules. Balance is getting better since I started doing your workouts. I can remember at first not being able to do standing on tiptoe without flailing, I can control that now.

Hello Jules💕 newbie here. Been doing your Strength & Walk workouts, now in my second week and I lovit!! Thank you so much. You explain everything so well and make the workouts fun😬 to do. Do you have any video also explaining what you eat for a day/week? I know we all different just a guidance I suppose.

Wow! I have been searching for videos without all the talking and here they are! This is perfect. Just start doing the exercises and let us figure out what to do. Love this Jules! Some of the moves were harder than appeared, like stepping over something! My dog forgave me! 😂😂😂

Thanks Jules! When I did this last night I realized it is very similar to some of the balance test routines they put us through at the ms clinic. I did it again this morning and will keep it in my routine along with the walk to lower my heart rate
