as an Inuit, this makes me glad. What we take for granted, they take it as a gift from the universe ❤

I love the way they constantly use similes to describe what they're experiencing. It's a beautiful way of communicating.

As a Texan, this makes me very happy. I'm so glad that they loved barbeque.

Our friends have become connoisseurs. They now have that quiet, considering expression as they taste the first bite of a new dish, consulting their taste buds.

As a Texan, I am happy to see this! However, we take our barbecue very seriously here… I sure hope this was good and I mean really good barbecue. You need a good representation of Texas BBQ.😊

Fellow Texan here and I am so glad to hear they love our native food….BBQ.
We are a state known for our beef bbq, especially brisket.
Dr.Tahir is correct though. After eating you can easily go into what we call a food coma. Much rest is needed to recover. 😃

We actually use our hands a lot over here too. It just depends on the dish. sometimes, even messy food is finger food.

I love like Mr Tahir this time went into food mysticism. Normally he talks about cough remedies, this time he was blown by brisket! Amazing.

You did a great disservice depriving them of a quality spicy bbq sauce to accompany the smoked brisket. They say they love the spice, but you did not provide.

I would LOVE to have these guys over for a Texas barbecue! They could stay in my home any day and anytime. Just need an interpreter and we’d have a great time. I can tell these men have a genuinely kind heart. I tear up and smile every time I see them.

Seeing the brisket (lack of smoke ring, a pot-roasty-looking texture, etc.) makes me consider just how blessed we are here in the US to have access to all the different equipment, wood types, and even a myriad of local restaurants to compare our work against. While there are plenty of things that are "better" about living in an area that requires a simple life, I'm sure grateful for what I have here.
