Okay, the guy who put the fries on his pulled pork sandwich needs to have an honorary American citizenship for that.

The portion sizes are pretty big here in the US but most of us take what we don't eat home for later. And let me tell you, when you've had an amazing meal out there's nothing better than knowing you have more for tomorrow.

"I'd rather eat this every day and become fat! What a happy life"

You just became an honorary American!

For those Americans unaware, one of the bigger compliments/considerations the Korean people can do to show their enjoyment is to make/share food for one another at the table. When they make the brisket sandwiches for one another, that's not a fun social experiment. That's them showing the consideration for the other at the table. Koreans are a people who don't eat to live, they live to eat. Social gathering is very important and that's why doing such things at a meal is considered a big sign of respect/consideration. As an American I genuinely appreciate that aspect of their people.

I absolutely warms my heart seeing people cross and embrace other culture cuisines and meals and open to try it.

Now they need to try American BBQ Beef Brisket, Beef Ribs, Hot Links and Chicken. There's so much more to sample and they haven't even gotten to try all of the best stuff yet. Hope you all do come try BBQ in the U.S. It's one of the very few uniquely American cooking styles <3

I'm glad to see they like our BBQ because their BBQ is increasingly popular over here as well, and rightfully so.

They are totally different flavors, but a common love of well-prepared meat is a thing to celebrate.

You know it is done when it comes off the bone. That all looks so good.

As an American, BBQ is one of my favorite cuisines, and pulled pork is one of my favorite meals! So I'm glad you enjoyed it all 😊Around here, every BBQ restaurant has their own BBQ sauce, and every region in the country has their own *style* of sauce (some regions use more vinegar, some use more brown sugar, etc.). Finding a restaurant that has really delicious sauce is one of the best feelings 😊

I wonder what you all thought of the sides? The cornbread, mac and cheese, biscuits, etc. are almost as important to a BBQ meal as the meat itself.

When she said the pickles take away the greasiness. That's why a lot of older American dishes have pickles on the side like BBQ, sandwiches and fried chicken. They're to be eaten last, they also aid in digestion.

Actually though it’s called “BBQ” it’s not the same as Korean BBQ cuz it’s long smoked. Korean BBQ is actually cooking style called grilling in America since it’s cooked over high heat

It's interesting to see people from another country actually liking what would be about as traditionally American-as-it-gets food. Korean BBQ is the great, so I'm glad they like ours, too.

The way they feel about American BBQ is the same way my American friends felt the first time I took them for Korean BBQ. 😋👍
