I can't describe what I felt when Odysseus stabbed his sword on the ground other than "Epic". This has to be most amazing animatic I've seen of this scene yet

I love the detail of Ody tying the headband around his sword, because I don't think that's the kind of arms that Polites wanted to greet the world with. This is a great animatic and it needs more recognition!

Odysseus has to win some kind of prize for being simultaneously brilliant and dumber than a bag of rocks in this xD that "I am your darkest moment" is going to bite you in the ass SO HARD, my guy
Love this animatic, some highlights definitely are how you portrayed Odysseus dissociating at the start, the zoom in his own eye when he orders Polyphemus blinded, the way you made Polyphemus look simultaneously terrifying and pitiful (his body language at "don't go..." is perfect), how it's clear that no matter what Odysseus wants to argue it was still revenge for Polites to mutilate him like that, and how you managed to make Odysseus's moment of hubris and idiocy as epic as he himself wanted it to look!

Quite poignant how he tied Polites' headband around his sword - a tool quite antithetical to greeting the world with open arms lmao
